Q. I cannot view the demos - what can I do?
A. Make sure Adobe Flash player is installed and that you have the most recent version. Alternatively, you can click the "Download" link and save it to your computer to play using Quicktime Player or newer versions of Windows Media Player.

Q. The video is stuttering or strobing.
A. Files play best with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers. Updating your Internet Explorer or othter brower version may rectify the stuttering. Alternatively, the video can be downloaded and viewed using Quicktime of newer versions of Windows Media Player

Q. What computer and ISP requirements are there?
A. PC or Mac, a broadband Internet connection, Adobe Flash Player 9.0.115 or greater, or Quicktime 7.0 or greater.

Q. Why does the video keep stopping and starting?
A. Depending on your Internet connection speed, you may experience some wait time. High quality videos require time to cache on your computer. Allow some time for the video to cache.

Q. My mobile device does not support Flash video, what can I do to view the video?
A. iPhone and iPad users will see the video in Quicktime format.
